Notable Cases
Section titled “Notable Cases”- State of Nevada v. Deon Derrico (2018) — Represented Deon Derrico, who faced multiple felony and gross misdemeanor counts of real estate fraud, including allegations of forging homeowners’ signatures on deeds. A jury acquitted Derrico on several counts in April 2018. The Nevada Attorney General’s Office dismissed the remaining two charges in October 2018.
