Kendall S. Notable Cases
Section titled “Notable Cases”- State v. Alexander Assefa — Eighth Judicial District Court, Las Vegas (2023). Served as defense attorney for former Nevada Assemblyman Alexander Assefa (District 42), who faced felony theft of campaign funds and a gross misdemeanor false-statement-of-residence charge. Assefa was sentenced to up to three years of probation on March 23, 2023, with the felony charge eligible for dismissal upon successful completion.
