Michael J. Miceli is a Senior Associate at Pitaro & Fumo, Chtd., where he has practiced since 2006. His work spans criminal defense, white-collar criminal matters, federal criminal cases, and appellate litigation in both state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in all Nevada state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

During law school, Miceli served as a judicial extern for Justice Michael Cherry of the Nevada Supreme Court and clerked at the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of Nevada. After completing his studies, he was recruited directly by Thomas F. Pitaro — the firm’s founding partner and his Trial Advocacy professor at UNLV Boyd School of Law — and has remained with the firm since.

In 2020, Miceli ran for the Nevada 8th Judicial District Court, Department 3, in a contested three-way primary. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in the field of Criminal Defense since 2021.
