Kirill V. Mikhaylov is a Partner at Pacific West Injury Law, representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters across Nevada. Licensed since 2014, he brings over a decade of litigation experience — spanning commercial disputes, business litigation, and plaintiff-side injury work — to every case he handles.

Before joining Pacific West Injury Law, Mikhaylov built his litigation foundation in commercial and business law, serving as an associate at Pisanelli Bice (2018) and later as a shareholder at Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC (2022). This breadth of civil litigation experience informs his approach to complex injury and wrongful death claims.
