Kristopher M. Helmick is the Founding Partner of Pacific West Injury Law, a plaintiff-side personal injury firm with offices in Las Vegas and Seattle. Licensed in Nevada since 2014, he has spent over a decade advocating for individuals and families in injury, catastrophic harm, and wrongful death cases.

Helmick founded the firm in 2019 and has grown it into a multi-office practice with a team of six attorneys. His litigation work includes active federal caseload in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, where he appears regularly as counsel of record.
